Michael W. In my opinion, customer service is a term too often used in most industries today, as it minimizes the relationship between the client and provider. Particularly in real estate, it's more about building lasting relationships than providing a particular one-time service. The level of service that Nelle provided far exceeded, in my opinion, whatever falls under the umbrella of 'customer service' and she has built a relationship with us that will last for as long as we're in the middle Tennessee area. Her patience with my wife as she showed her what felt like every available house in the Williamson county area, timely and constant communication regarding any and every issue that arose, and just the overall level of detail and honesty that she gave us through the entire process vastly exceeded my expectations of a real estate agent. In all honesty, I despise the home buying/selling process, primarily because of having to deal with agents. I have typically left the experience feeling like I did all the legwork and gave an agent my money simply for listing it on the internet. But Nelle has essentially turned those personal experiences and opinions on its head and built a relationship that will hopefully last through the purchase of this home, it's eventual sale and purchase of something in the future. I will tell you, without a doubt or reservation, that if we ever decide to sell/move/buy, she will be our first contact as to real-estate representation (and hopefully she'll work with us!!!). She should be commended for her efforts in managing our expectations and desires and doing everything within her power to meet those needs, and she has certainly raised the bar for any real estate agent that I'll ever work with going forward.
